revert: remove background for non-resizable textboxes #40

As discusses in https://github.com/bpmn-io/diagram-js-direct-editing/pull/39#issuecomment-2071929193 , removing background should be a application concern.

This Re-enables the previous behavior of adding a background for all options.

No Problem, we should have thought about Library vs Application concern earlier 😅
