Bounds update

• ensure we pass the proper text box bounds on update
• only compute bounding client rect if actually necessary
• port to karma-webpack

Reviewer note: I verified we do not rely on the broken behavior in bpmn-js@3.

We should release a new patch version of the library with the fix.
