Docs/regenerate api doc #161

Regenerate api doc using my config in #160

Make sure merge #160 before review this PR. This PR is based on it.

This makes errors in MD down from 140+ to 20, which I can fix later.

based on https://github.com/bpmnServer/bpmn-server/issues/152#issuecomment-1863043004 , we need to delete /docs/api, instead of commit it. So closing this.
