In order to re-extract again from warp, after classification in tomoDRGN, there needs to be an option to write x/y/z rather than just the image stack x/y coordinates.
Perhaps I'm just missing something, and that there's a way to filter the original star file (which generated the stacks), but it seems to me that there isn't and that the best way would be to write in some flag in this program: most people will want to re-extract.
