Past Twitter activity is not being gathered after authentication #17

After authenticating with Twitter, user is not being placed on REST queues
Started happening after removing dependency on Twitter
Only occurs in production - had to revert back to previous release

Issue was resolved after pushing changes that upgraded app logging.
