Remove user from Twitter Stream
Remove user from Twitter Event Queues Twitter Event Queues
Remove user from Github Event Queue
Remove activities from ACTIVITY for deleted user
Remove all TWEETs that don't have corresponding activity
Remove entries from TWITTER_USER, GITHUB_USER, and AUGEO_USER collections
Update ranks
