Added some fixes for interning

I've incorporated https://github.com/mikera/edn-java/commit/428879c6eeee6240d9236d19000536601b3d4e3a with some a follow-up commit https://github.com/bpsm/edn-java/commit/7ea1c8a4c041c0d3e78f884dfae7ee2112bbade3 which fixes the three TODO comments.
