PortfolioDataHandler #23

I've been messing around with blpapi and referencing tia to try and implement the PortfolioDataHandler requests. Are there any plans to implement this or any work been done on this as a reference? Would be a great feature!

Smith has not touch the package for more than a year, I doubt any update is coming soon.

On another note, can you point me what PortfolioDataHandler is? I am not sure exactly what your are talking about
