to be able to correlate the Live Train Stream events with planned Data from the postgres data, which get added to prosgress prior by processing the planned train data stream

@romnnn discuss this with @grittaweisheit she needs/wants to use postgre to correlate. I have altered the currently already implemented version to be working with the current setup now.

This also included getting mongo to work with our operators
