The new release with usermanagement, automatic swagger documentation, database deployment improvements and fragment instantiation policy.

Description

added

fragment instantiation policy that includes the behaviors sequential and concurrent and an optional limit of instantiations
new API version 3 that includes management of organizations and users
automatic generation of API specification using swagger

changed

annotation of API methods in source code changed to OpenAPI 3 format

How Has This Been Tested?

Changes in the backend were tested by JUnit. Changes in the REST-Api were tested with Postman.
