Change directory structure. Additionally, html and gruntfile are changed accordingly.
This will work only with commit #d1be66c of chor-js. This and this PR should be the last stable version prior to the switch to a different bundler. Due to the directory restructuring I would regard this as breaking changes and thus advise an adequate npm version bump.
