Adapt File System Of Web Version #31

As a programmer, I don't want an user of the web version to directly access the server's file system.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Instead of opening a file with an explorer on the server, an upload dialog should appear
[x] Saved files can be downloaded from server
[x] When using the web version a user can never open a file chooser dialog on server directories
