As a process analyst using the Scylla web version, I want to be able to select/deselect

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] When creating a new conf I want to be able to select it after creation without having to download and upload it in between
[ ] I want to have an overview over which files are currently on the server

Proposed Solution for overview: Only allow that files on server, that are selected; delete thos that are deselcted.
