Return ability to schedule to main package.

Deploy Notes

Added a new schedule table to database.
Changed some methods from subby-schedule package, so better read docs before deploy.

So, actually for the v5 which branch/tag should be used now? Previously I have tested the new_trial_behaviour branch. Should I now use main, as I cannot see v5. Is main considered stable? On the other hand there is no relase of v5.

main is what will be v5. But to test this schedule you need to use feature_schedule_change
