Adding Printer on Galaxy Note 4 #3

Adding a printer on Note4 is impossible because you can't slide down to the button.

Same problem on Galaxy S6 Edge, it work only in landscape orientation and can't slide down

Same Problem on a one plus one. Simple scrolling could be added for now, Maybe add an option for scaling the UI later on?

Same issue on Nexus 7

Confirming this is the same on the Nvidia Shield Tablet. Thankfully, the device has a "Full Screen Mod" which hides the system UI (both Nav Bar and Status Bar), and the button appears right where the Nav Bar would be in fullscreen mode.
