Feature Request - Opening for Public Use?

Problem: Sync Obsolescence States with our (internal) product database We currently face the problem, that obsolescence messages get lost in the organisation, without being treated well.

Describe the solution you'd like I assume the "BnR Successor" - tool does not only know about the successor, but also knows about the state of each B&R component (Active, Obsolete, ... ) I see, that your tool (or at least an API to ask programmatically for the product states) could help solving this issue, it would give us control in checking throughout our projects and different designs, and sync with the current product state

Preferred solution

• API or Tool, that can read a list of B&R articles and return back the state of each article
• When available even with a suggestion on the successor to use

This feature (specifically the application informing the user of the input and output material's lifecycle status) is actually already in development and will be available in the next release.
