Create and publish the new asterix website #480

We have created a new website for asterix. The HTML files of the website were 
deposited into the grape svn: https://grape.ics.uci.edu/svn/asterix/www/

There is still work to be done to add content.
We should have the website up and running before we ship Beta.

browsers as a plain text file?

Not really sure. It is also shown as text file when I open the link.
