Load statement should support host names from the cluster configuration file. #539

As the host name in the load statement seems to identify the NC that will be 
used to load, we should enable the use of the  nodeids as specified in the 
cluster configuration file. That way we can always choose the the correct 
network interface. I erroneously assumed that the hostname indeed identified 
the host and provided the IP address of the public interface of the host.
