TPC-H q19 Incorrect Result #560

To reproduce the issue, run the tpch q19 in the web interface on SF=1 with 3 
nodes, the default configuration, and one IO device.

The result should be 3083843.06d.  Thanks in advance for the help.

It appears that removed the regex statements does not change the cardinality of 
the results so it seem like the regexes may not be doing anything.  The query 
without the regexes is attached.

The modified query was ran under the same conditions as the original.
