TPC-H q21 Incorrect Results #561

To reproduce the issue, run the tpch q21 in the web interface on SF=1 with 3 
nodes, the default configuration, and one IO device.

The results q21 should get, as well as a version of q21 with parameters that 
were previously missing, are attached.  Thanks in advance for the help.

I modified the query to the attached query and it now produces correct results.
