Managix doc needs minor re-spin/tweaking #570

The top level doc page and the intro to the managix doc makes it sound like 
it's our installer.  A very minor rewrite is needed - managix is our system 
management utility for AsterixDB and is used to first install but then manage 
the lifecycle of AsterixDB instances/clusters/etc.  The docs should properly 
position it as the AsterixDB system management tool, which happens to also 
handle installation.
