update brew install command #149

brew recently disabled brew cask install and switch to brew install --cask.

This PR updates the readme to use the new command.

I don't think Brisk has worked ever since Feedback Assistant was released a year or two ago. I'm also not sure it's needed any more, since Feedback Assistant covers most of the issues Brisk was attempting to solve. It may not be worth merging new PRs, and maybe the repo should be archived?

I'll merge this to be more correct, but yes it doesn't work at all at this point. I do think there could still be some value in updating this for the ease of open radar mirroring, but tbh I doubt I will at this point

oh dang, I forgot about Open Radar mirroring and now I'm sad again 😆
