Wiki update for "calendar.setScrollToHour(int hour)" #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.We don't have method like "calendar.setScrollToHour(int hour)". We have the 
scroll method signature like "calendar.ScrollToHour(int hour)" for day view. 
Please update the wiki.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Fixed Wiki page http://code.google.com/p/gwt-cal/wiki/Settings, section 
'Default Scroll Position'; as per suggested in this ticket.
