blocked events #108

This is a new convenience to be added. If we want users to stop adding 
appointments for a specified range, how can we code the same? What is expected 
is we need to specify a particular range for which adding appointments must be 
blocked. That is easy, we can create a form and enter the data in a db. But 
after that, when the screen loads, we need to show that particular area shaded 
or in any particular colour. How can we code this? Please help me as I need it 
urgently.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Changed type of issue to 'Enhancement'. Will consider it for forecoming 
iterations. Actually, I think I saw an enhancement describing a similar thing, 
will merge later.
