There is some files missing on the repository #121

When importing gwt-cal trunk on eclipse the following files are missing:

import com.allen_sauer.gwt.dnd.client.DragContext;
import com.allen_sauer.gwt.dnd.client.PickupDragController;
import com.allen_sauer.gwt.dnd.client.AbstractDragController;
import com.allen_sauer.gwt.dnd.client.DragEndEvent;
import com.allen_sauer.gwt.dnd.client.DragHandler;
import com.allen_sauer.gwt.dnd.client.DragStartEvent;
import com.allen_sauer.gwt.dnd.client.PickupDragController;
import com.allen_sauer.gwt.dnd.client.VetoDragException;

gwt-cal has a dependency on gwt-dnd, which you need to include in your eclipse 
build path. you can download gwt-dnd from here:
http://code.google.com/p/gwt-dnd/downloads/list
