Tooltip and paint of appointments in month view

When having some appointments in month view, the label '+1 more' sometimes
shows. It would be better to instead show some icon or something that not
get so messed up when calendar is rather small (see attached image). If
there also where a tooltip, listing the appointments not showing it would
be great!

Also there isn't any way to set the tooltip on appointments in month view
(or have I missed something).

Another way to extend the possible visible appointments at same time is to
set the height of the appointments. But I haven't found a way to do this
either... This would of course not solve the main problem, but it would be
better.

These things are unfortunately critical for us to be able to use this
calendar in our product (after we bought commercial license of course), see
attached images and you understand why... It would be nice if you could
give me a rather quick answer so we know how to proceed with our search for
a calendar widget. Thanks in advance.
