delete appointment when drag/cancel #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.go to google calendar demo
2.drag an appointment and cancel the event
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Appointment wuold be inserted in the new position.
Instead appointment is deleted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
release 9.1 (google calendar demo)

Please provide any additional information below.

Good catch. I commented out the MonthView's rollback code in r307.... not sure 
why I did that.

I have checked the working code into trunk, and will include in the 0.9.2 
update.
