adding a team view possibility

Description of the new feature:

The new feature allows to add a different view: A view in which we can order 
the appointment considering a team. The idea is to see for each member of the 
team who has an appointment and who is free (look at the attached picture). 

In order to do that I use differently the multiDayAppointment panel. In 
DayView, it displays the team view instead of the multidays. The standard 
dayviewbody stay the same. 

Use Case:

Organising the team work.

State:
Might be quite experimental and there is surely some issues to fix. At least I 
have had a setting to allow or disallow this feature. I would like to know if 
you find the idea interesting or no.

Ask me if you have a problem using it.

Hi Pier. 

I would like to have this feature. 

I'm thinking of a slightly different design for the view:
  - top line represents day
  - lines represent slots (hours + minutes)
  - columns represent team members (this is where it's different)
