Keyboard controls #2

Swiping is neat, but could you assign keyboard right to Forward, keyboard up/down to Show/Hide and keyboard left to go backwards?

Space/Enter already shows menu, so maybe full keyboard navigation there too?

Questions can now be navigated with left arrow / right arrow and answers can be toggled with up arrow / down arrow. (both toggle the answer)
