docs(Part A): Add new folders to each chapter for consistent further development of the document #23

Each folder contains the init.py as git wouldn't trace empty folders.
Assets as *.png files are moved to the assets-folder
PYTHON_A.adoc is updated with the correct paths to the moved files

Please add also the exercises folder to all the chapters (@Vasc01)
