[CLOSED] Installer related changes #423

This change will bring build number into the brackets installer version, and also allows us to add the pre release flag in the brackets config, based on the option we provide while building the installer.

A prerelease can now be built using the option like this grunt installer --release=1.13.0-prerelease-1
