ughhhhh. help with using the rtcollab plugin in brackets... i installed it but how to collab with other people so i can make a website together???

In general, you need to ask the question on the repo of the plugin.

I've never heard of the rtcollab plugin. I don't see it when I search extension manager in Brackets or even directly on web page: https://brackets-registry.aboutweb.com/

I found this extension using google: https://github.com/simphax/brackets-rtcollab Try asking your question there.
