I edited some translation and fix punctuation issues.

Since Chinese uses “fullwidth punctuation”, I edited most of halfwidth punctuation.

@shiyou0130011 ,@ficristo For the punctuation part, I referenced the Style Guide - Chinese (Traditional) from Microsoft Language Portal throughly.

I also noticed that the Japanese translation maintained directly by Brackets team use the same convention. Do Adobe has it's own localization guide for us to follow?
