[CLOSED] Confirm all unsaved changes on quit or switch project

This shows a confirmation prompt in two cases:

• File > Quit
• Open a new project

The prompt is per this spec: https://zerowing.corp.adobe.com/display/brackets/Multiple+Files+mini-spec

Two caveats:

• File > Quit closes the Brackets window but doesn't quit the app. We need a native API for this.
• Quitting Brackets through other means (closing the window directly, Cmd+Q, etc.) doesn't show any confirmation prompts. We need native hooks & API for this too.

Oops, it looks like a brackets.less change from Ty snuck in here too. I'll check with him on its status, and I can always back out that one diff from my branch if needed.

Ty's change already has a pull request open (#101) for that change, so once that's merged my diff in brackets.less should go away.
