Brackets should fail gracefully when launched on unsupported system #12177

Currently, if you try to launch Brackets on OS X 10.5, it just crashes. We should (1) have the installer display an error if you try to install it on an unsupported system and/or (2) have the binary itself exit with a graceful error message if run on an unsupported system.

Marking low priority, though I could imagine making a case for medium priority.
