Marking high priority since we might want to take this in sprint 14.

Zhanxin -- what resolution are you running Brackets at? Does this happen at all screen resolutions? Thanks.

njx, I mean that: the expected result is the error message could auto-suit the Brackets' window size, and always display fully on the middle of the Brackets' window.

The problem is all of the pop up error message doesn't display on the middle of the Brackets' window, and sometimes the title about the error message would be truncated. Take the follow steps as a example:
Result: A pup up error message display on the top of the Brackets' window and the error message is truncated
Expect: The pup up error message display on the middle of the Brackets' window.
