Hard to tell where other selections are when I hit cmd+ctrl+g to do multiple selections. #12665

Sometimes selections are below the fold so it'd be nice if we could show blue tick marks (like the yellow ones we have in Find).

@larz0, question, because I know we discussed this idea a bit regarding locating off-the-page errors Live HTML development as well (i.e. red tick mark). What happens when you have multiple colored tick marks that need to be drawn at the same location?

@lkcampbell I think errors should have a higher z-index. Find and multiple selection tick-marks should be mutually exclusive.

@lkcampbell We don't even have the methods for generating colored/multi-subject tickmarks right now. But a cool solution would be to just draw them next to each other, which could result in red-yellow-blue (maybe ordered by priorities: Live dev error > Find > Selection)

From what I recall it seems like other editors take the z-order approach (not trying to split the width at all).
