Can we prioritize say the top 10... We can then go through them in order. Otherwise it may be difficult to divide and conquer that list.

I'd say assign one or two people to deal with the smaller, low(er) impact PRs while others work on larger ones. There are quite a few of the small type. They can be merged quickly and be done with.

Originally we talked about having a cutoff and focusing on 'older' pull requests. If we just look at PRs older than December (https://github.com/adobe/brackets/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aopen+created%3A%3C2014-12-01), there are now 44 open.

We currently have a large backlog of open pull requests (as seen on the pull request report). We'd like to reduce that backlog to make it more manageable. This issue (card in Waffle) is a placeholder reminder.
