I have mild red/green color deficiency. 3-5% of males have some sort of color deficiency. On the dark theme, the orange and green text colors are hard to distinguish. Maybe go through the UI colors and make sure they're distinguishable with something like one of these?

Thanks for filing this issue. The themes of brackets are quite extensible. If you are interested in cotributing to A new theme with this in mind, you could do so as a theme. Adding@MiguelCastillo@MarcelGerber
