Summary

I'm unable to start the internal Live Preview (the Live Preview started when the Enable Experimental Live Preview option is not enabled).

When I try to start it the Live Preview bolt icon on the top right stays in the Live Preview: Connecting… half-yellow half-grey state forever.

If I enable the Enable Experimental Live Preview option Live Preview works correctly — Chrome opens displaying the page and changes are applied in real time.

This happens for the Getting Started project and any other project I open (File, Open Folder…).
No extension is installed.
Live Preview Base URL value is not set in Project Settings.
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file contains no entry.
Chrome's Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed setting is not set.
Already tried
Starting Brackets with administrator privileges (right click, Run as administrator).
Disabling Windows Firewall.
Deleting the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Brackets\cef_data directory with Brackets closed.
Deleting the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Brackets directory with Brackets closed.
Uninstalling Brackets from Programs and Features, deleting the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Brackets directory and then reinstalling Brackets.

The developer console is logging errors and warnings both when starting Brackets and starting Live Preview.
