LOC: JPN: Path separator is not localized. #13497

  1. Launch backets
  2. New file and save as on a local path under one folder.
  3. Observe the path separator.

Expected result: Path separator is localized.

Actual result: Path separator is not localized. jpn

Verified this on 1.5 release build, and it's reproduced
