does regular Chrome/Chromium work correctly on your 4k screen? If so, might be fixed when we upgrade our CEF-dependency to a newer version.

Not OP, but Brackets is running just fine on my 4k monitor. GPU is 1080Ti, if that makes a difference.

Description
[I have a dell xps 15 with 4k screen and whenever i'm using brackets, it is choppy and lags. The thing is it works great with 1080p but cannot handle 4k.]
Steps to Reproduce
Expected behavior: [Run smoothly]
Actual behavior: [choppy, lags, barely useable]
