I downloaded Brackets 1.13 yesterday and it will not open. I get the error message "Brackets cannot be opened because of a problem." Trying to open it in Terminal yielded the same result:

Can anyone assist? I see that Brackets should be compatible with OSX 10.6.8, correct? Thanks in advance.
