The Code Folding default extension slows down Brackets #14309

Description

The Code Folding extension included as default (from Patrick Oladimeji) causes the editro to slow down to a crawl when you move the cursor with the arrow keys. I checked all of the extensions, tested them one by one and ended up with just that one causing the slowliness.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use brackets
  2. Move the cursor with the arrow keys from the keyboard.
  3. Sloooooowwwww.

Expected behavior: It works fluidly without that extension, as in every previous installment.

Actual behavior: Take a couple of seconds to understand that an arrow key has been pressed and initiate the movement of the cursor. Then while you keep the same direction, it will slowly move, up until you change arrow direction and then again, goes frozen a couple of seconds and respond in the same slow, hacky way.
