Made it so that even if we think this is the first launch, we still check to see if we're actually in the default (sample) project before auto-opening index.html. This is to handle the edge case of people upgrading from an older version of Brackets and launching the new version for the first time--"afterFirstLaunch" won't be set in that case and we'll try to open index.html even if they're in some other project.
Added French translation
Did whitespace cleanup and reflowing in content to fit initial window size
