Brackets not auto closing tags #14829

I've done everything below and can't solve this. I just downloaded Brackets and the tag autocomplete is not working. looking at the code in the debugger everything is set to true.

Please help.

windows 10 chrome. Release 1.14 build 1.14.2-17770
