Description

[Go to file button not visible on landing page of repo and commit id is not getting copied to clipboard after clicking on icon besides commit id on pull request page]

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Simply open any repo page, you will not see "Go to file" button
  2. Open any PR and go in commits.
  3. try to copy commit id by clicking copy icon

Expected behavior: Go to file has to be visible on landing page and commit id should get copied after clicking on icon

Actual behavior: No "Go to file" button is visible on landing repo page and commit id is not copying after clicking an icon
