In the Getting Started project no info is given when on samp tag ending tag.
And unless you plan something should happen for attributes (href/src open/show a file), being inside a tag (e.g. inside an img tag) should also trigger a QuickEdit pop-up for the tag.
In any case some feedback should be given because of two things:
First I tried this on few elements and didn't know if I pressed this for unsupported element, no CSS rules where found or I only thought I pressed it...
Second use case is that when I tried CTRL+E on a bigger project I had to wait quite long before anything happened. I actually already moved to another code before the QE pop-up appeared.
