Original: I had to include phantomjs@1.8.1-1 in pull #3181 the Brackets package.json so that grunt-lib-phantomjs (via grunt-contrib-jasmine) would ignore its phantomjs@~1.8.1.

Update: We've decided to disable our jasmine tests entirely from local and travis-ci builds until we can workout the phantomjs issues.

Not critical yet, therefore nice to have. We can't run many of those anyways.
