[CLOSED] Menu bar missing, Linux #3055

I checked out a version today using the script for the Linux version. Everything works fine, except the menu bar does not appear and I have not found anything telling me how to make it appear.

The space where the screen shots show a menu bar is occupied by the project-relative path of the file I am working on.

I am running on Linux Mint 14, using the Cinnamon interface.

Actually linux is not officially supported, where did you download it from?

@WebsiteDeveloper : It was the unnofficial build as referenced by@bfrohs. I will refile the bug as requested, and I'm closing the issue.

The wiki page now has a workaround for this: see "Re-enable HTML menus" in the Issues and Workarounds section.
